Biopax Ltd is a printed carton and labels manufacturer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland with unfettered access to both the UK/Ireland and European markets. Our global supply chain partnerships stretch from North America to China, India and Australia/New Zealand.

Investments in R&D and innovation differentiate Biopax from our competitors as we aim to agitate for sustainable change in the food and non-food packaging sector. We evolve environmentally- friendly materials and PFA-free barrier coating solutions from a lab idea to a market reality.

The team leading the business are industry experts who are investing in the latest technology in highdefinition printing and forming with a continued focus on developing new talent through our design academy and apprenticeship programme.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

our interactive, HD graphic design software is world class – and so too is our amazing graphic design team. We can offer you free artwork or logo design service to match all your colour and branding expectations. Even better than that, we can send you an e-link to quickly download your 3D graphic images to enable you to review your designs all at the click of a button!

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Need a new carton or label drawn from scratch? Or simply need us to replicate your existing design? Our structural design software allows our design team to quickly draw your keyline and generate a 3D image to share with you via e-link all in a matter of minutes! Once you are happy, we can then mock up samples to send to you for your review within 24-48 hours.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Our team of R&D experts are on hand to help you develop your sustainable packaging strategy. With changing legislation around PFAS and plastics, we are heavily focused on developing and testing a wide range of ground-breaking barrier coatings, adhesives and substrates. Our global development partners are best-in-class and our lab facilities allow us to take your idea and make it reality.

MANUFACTURING

Our carton, paper wraps and labels capacity allow us to meet large volume runs and still offer a flexible approach to minimum order quantities. Our state-of-the-art printing, blanking and gluing technology helps reduce set-up times, increases our production output rates and gives you faster availability for your products.

Developing sustainable packaging solutions for our customers is at the heart of everything we do. Biopax aims to disrupt the status quo in food and non-food packaging through research and innovation. We have a team of energetic packaging experts who pride themselves on developing long-term collaborative partnerships with our customers.

We are passionate about addressing a global problem around waste leakage and plastic pollution. Everything we do is engineered to promote a circular economy for fibre-based packaging.

Our labels division is underpinned by European benchmark technology to enable us produce premium finished labels for the drinks bottling industry. Biopax is also producing standardised printed labels for the food industry allowing scope for bespoke branding and clear messaging to promote food safety.
