CHIP SHOP RANGE
Our “Chip Shop” packaging range is most popular with our customers – boasting a wide variety of products from boat trays, to long fish & chip containers with tuck-in lids, burger clamshells and chip scoops. Our meal deal boxes are also very popular for fish bites, chicken goujons and chips. This range is available in multiple board options such as brown & white carrier board (as shown), brown & brown kraft board or just plain white virgin board. All of our plastic-free hot food packaging is coated with a sustainable grease barrier coating and the product range is all fully recyclable and biodegradable. We also offer printed boxes with Biopax generic “on-the-go” branding or we can tailor to your own design preference. Other sizes are available.
Asian Cuisine Range
Our plastic-free “Asian Cuisine” range is proving very popular with many Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian take-away & delivery outlets. We offer a sustainable alternative to plastic food containers in the Asian cuisine market which provides a responsible solution to the upcoming ban on single use plastic food packaging. The range includes noodle and rice boxes with tuck-in lids easy to close and open. We also supply meal-deal lunch & dinner boxes ideal for rice/noodle plus curry or black bean sauces – again with an easy close & open lid to secure the food and keep it warm. All of our boxes are spill/leak-resistant and we apply a strong sustainable grease barrier coating to keep the food intact within our boxes. The range is available in various board types ranging from brown & white carrier (as shown), brown kraft or white boards, all fully recyclable and biodegradable. The Biopax generic “Pie Box + Window” is currently featuring in a number of retail and bakery outlets across the UK & Ireland – ideal for both sweet and savoury pies. We also offer a “bakewell slice box” which is becoming more popular with consumers. Our newest product launch is our “cupcake box + insert” which is going down a real ‘treat’ for parties and corporate events. These products are growing in popularity with consumers who are opting more for ready-meals and the convenience that goes along with them. DELI COUNTER RANGE
Seen as a cheaper alternative to the bagasse or moulded fibre food containers, our carton-based “Deli” range + sustainable grease barrier coating offers a sustainable solution for a wide range of popular breakfast and lunchtime meals. Ideal for salad or pasta boxes, it is also suitable for hot dishes and is available either with or without a window. All products include a fold over tuck-in lid to help keep the food secure and leak-proof. Biopax has also developed a tortilla wrap box and can also offer a thin paper wrap alternative for these popular products. Family Sharing Range
